Our GEIS Division have an opportunity for a Marketing Communication Manager Devices. This role is based at our Eaton site in Sutton or Luton, UK.
We are seeking an agile, dynamic and proficient Marketing Communications Manager to join our marcom EMEA team. You will have the responsibility for developing the product line positioning, integrated marketing communication strategy and associated demand generation activities for the product line. At the same time, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, from briefings, conceptual and tool design, website updates to developing digital tools.

This role requires a dynamic professional with 50% strategic focus and 50% hands-on operational expertise.
What you’ll do:
Define and execute the marketing communication plan and activities with the aim of contributing to the overall sales revenue within the allocated budget. The individual will be the primary contact point for GEIS Devices Product Line marketing communication activities and will report to the EMEA Marketing Communication functional lead.
Contribute to maintain and develop a customer focused company culture and enhance our ability in acquiring, developing, and retaining customers with developing content and tools.
Work closely with product managers and sales people to understand the market, key customer segments, their needs and challenges, the touchpoints and define Eaton value proposition and marketing strategy for these customers and markets.
Develop marketing communication strategies and plan concepts, tactics and tools to support the company's short- and long-term growth objectives in line with the wider business strategy.
Work closely with product line managers, commercial leaders and marcom teams to design and develop integrated marcom campaigns, personas as well as message maps that help position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred partner.
Drive measurable and significant improvements to customer preference for Eaton and demand generation by delivering tailored and engaging content and tools to support customers, as well as Eaton sellers, at all stages in their buying journey.
Lead the identification, development and deployment of standardized marketing communications processes (i.e. literature creation/deployment, event marketing, sales tools, collaterals, presentations, trade shows, seminars, newsletters, and digital tools).
Implement accurate key performance indicators to measure impact and performance at expected level. Track the results of product line specific marketing activities, and ensure high ROI.
Content creation: collaterals, social media, trade publicity, campaigns, digital tools and website.
Support the events manager with the realization and follow up of key segment events.
Manage and coach centralized shared services teams as well as external vendors to ensure proper development of the tools and activation of marketing initiatives and assess opportunities for cost reduction, improved quality, and improved customer experience.
Plan and manage budget to support execution of communications tactics as outlined in the marketing communications plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism
6-10 years of marketing experience in B2B environment. Experience in MNC will be preferred.
Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken language skills. Proficiency in other language is considered a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Word, Powerpoint
Experience in business/marketing writing and brand standards
Direct experience developing marketing and communications programs and their ability to impact organic growth.
Skills:
