About the role

  • Our Electrical Engineering team, composed of skilled technicians, is integrated into the Electrical Department and focuses on the design, construction, maintenance, and reliability of high, medium, and low-voltage electrical systems in an industrial chemical plant.

  • As a Manager Electrical Engineer , you will work on designing, constructing, maintaining, and ensuring the reliability of these systems to support our operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to our ambitious transformation journey and have a positive impact on our plant's efficiency and safety.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Quickly acquiring, under the guidance of internal and external technicians, sufficient autonomy in the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems. At the same time, a gradual collection of knowledge for the layout and parameters of existing HV electrical installations is to be collected.

  • Actively collaborating in design and construction choices.

  • Performing diagnostics, Conducting reliability analyses and contributing to the maintenance strategy.

  • Following internal procedures, rules and regulations

  • Leading and managing the Electrical Department, including maintenance, operation, engineering, construction, and reliability.

  • We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode. Occasional traveling abroad could be required.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

  • Relevant work experience (10+ years) in heavy industry HV installations in engineering positions within an industrial plant.

  • Competencies:

  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.

  • Agile methodology

  • Proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory). All resumes must be submitted in English.

  • Good organizational and relational skills: the ability to listen, understanding of others, natural authority, initiative, ability to synthesize, efficiency, desire to improve.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Italy base pay reasonably expected for this role is 50,000 € to 62,500 €, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
