The Merchant Operations Delivery Specialist is mainly focused on supporting our Independent Sales Organizations clients which requires overseeing a wide range of operational aspects and management of multiple deliveries at a time. This role requires someone who has special skills and expertise in processes and procedures to manage and collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, create proper plans, and ensure they are delivered with a time-sensitive deadline. Enhanced engagement with legal, compliance, underwriting, product and sales teams is required. The Merchant Operations Delivery Specialist must be a strategic thinker, leader and be able to influence others, as well as successfully work and perform operational tasks across several teams with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a highly motivated and skilled candidate with proven experience managing complex merchant payment tasks and projects from initiation to delivery and provide quality support as a technical and operational resource for the Enhanced Risk Payments Program merchant acquiring arm in accordance with established systems and procedures with a focus in operational efficiency and backend processes. Customer experience is mandatory with strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
