Xylem Field Service Engineer II in Roseville, Minnesota

Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.

The Field Service Engineer will be able to operate independently; responsible for moderate to advance complex projects configuration of customer solutions of moderate to advanced complexity. They operate independently according to complete project requirements. The FSE typically does not report to the office daily, high percentage of time will initiate travel from home to customer sites. There will be times that reporting to the office for parts and equipment.

Experienced engineer able to independently operate.

Education Requirements

BS/BA degree in Engineering (Preferred)

Experience Requirements:

Hemodialysis equipment preferred

Mechanical Aptitude

Plumbing , electrical , and PLC experience 3+ years is required

Safety: wear all required PPE and adhere to all Xylem and Customer Safety practices and policies

Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen

Clean driving record

Skill Requirements:

Strong knowledge of operational processes as defined in work area

Strong understanding of business acumen

Excellent communication skills

Work without direct supervision

Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices

Must have customer service experience

Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability

Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly

Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems often in novel and unexpected ways

Salary range:

$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
