Utilize your expertise in operating an electric walk-behind stacker (minimum 1 year experience)
Showcase your proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain regular attendance and ensure safety compliance
Handle orders efficiently, process shipments, and maintain a well-organized workspace
Provide top-notch customer service to US and Canada-based customers
Utilize your Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with our warehouse team and select customers
Manage order entries accurately, process returns/credits, and maintain inventory on customer portals
Navigate through different computer systems and B2B customer portals with ease
Preferred System Knowledge:
Familiarity with AX Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Experience with Amazon and online customer portals
Knowledge of the Zammad customer service email portal would be beneficial
