Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description
Fully run and manage projects in preconstruction, construction, or closeout stages. Oversee day-to-day project requirements. Assist Senior Project Managers/Project Executives with tasks including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and coordination with subcontractors or owners. Coordinate with on-site Superintendent staff regarding schedules and project progress. Utilize and organize documents in construction software. Assist with project drawing coordination. Lead or assist with job site meetings, which may require traveling to job sites. Assist with comprehensive project schedules in MS Project.

Work Environment
This is a corporate office in Rosemont, featuring a mid-sized 'family feel' team of 45 employees. The position is based 80%-90% in the office, with occasional job-site visits around the Greater Chicagoland area or the US. Typical peak travel involves roughly one visit per week, often requiring an overnight stay. After the initial contract period, there is an option for one day per week remote/WFH. APMs/PEs/PMs sit in cubicles in the middle of the office, surrounded by Project Executives & Presidents/VPs.
