Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with extensive experience in managing Software and Infrastructure projects in a fast paced Agile environment. This position will be interacting with highly technical agile teams, agile release trains, and stakeholders across multiple business units. Most of the projects will require upfront planning, but the position will still practice agile, and frequently help pivoting for success. You will also have a direct impact on agile teams, agile release trains, and at the organizational level, helping to facilitate as well as shape the agile practices and culture. You will be managing infrastructure related projects, mostly windows based as well corporate communication projects.

Skills and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and PMP certification
* At least 10 years of project management experience in Information Technology (Software and Infrastructure domains)
* Should be able to independently lead the large Information Technology projects and initiatives
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
* Good analytical and communication skills
* Expert level knowledge and experience with Jira Align
- experience managing a large scale implementation or development project related to ServiceNow * You have experience working with the senior leadership
* You have good understanding and experience of building and managing OKRs for multiple agile teams and programs
-Experience supporting any kind of ServiceNow dev or implementation project
* You have developed, delivered and followed the roadmaps of complex and large projects
* You drive agility on your agile teams and programs, and ensure alignment to org initiatives and OKRs
* You have streamlined processes, removed impediments, and facilitated retrospectives for large number of stakeholders
* You have managed dependencies across large number of agile teams, agile release trains, and BUs
* You understand the complexity and challenges of working with multiple cross-functional teams and programs for delivering a large and critical project
* You have a strong ability to communicate in and outside the team on processes and technical issues with peers and with executive stakeholders
* You have hands-on experience with several project management and agile tools
* Any experience working as a scrum master
