Description
- Greet customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand proper food preparation techniques and follow recipes
- Maintain required logs and meet industry requirements
- Maintain a clean environment and assist with dishwashing
- Cook in bulk without generating waste
- Understand the operation and safety of commercial kitchen equipment
- Must have basic computer skills (knowledge of Google Suite and navigating a point-of-sale system is a plus)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be able to lift approximately 40 lbs, be on their feet for long periods, and function under high-stress situations. They must also follow directions, exhibit good communication skills, take pride in individual performance and teamwork, and provide efficient, courteous service. Basic computer skills are a must.
Food handlers permit, and some training are required.
