Manila Clinic Receptionist, Medical Assistant, or CNA
The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for performing the following job duties:
- Answers phones and greets patients
- Checks patients in on a computer system in a friendly, confidential, and timely manner.
Other duties include scanning, scheduling appointments, collecting money, picking up Hospital forms, and staying until the last patient leaves in the afternoon.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, have a pleasant personality, be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with physicians professionally.
- Computer experience is required. Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player who works well with others.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to fill in where and when needed.
