Description
Robert Half is looking for a hands-on and versatile Interim HR Project Manager to assist our client with process documentation of all key human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR concepts, software, and areas mentioned below.
Responsibilities:
Execute and refine process documentation for key HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.
Implement and use HR technology platforms such as SuccessFactors to deliver efficient and effective HR practices.
Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting, making data-driven decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and discipline in handling sensitive HR-related information.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR managerial role, specifically process documentation and project management.
Proficiency with HR software, including SuccessFactors.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Capacity to handle various tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements • Proven experience in Compliance, ensuring company policies align with regulations • Proficiency in Benefits Coordination, managing employee benefits and addressing related queries • Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, designing and implementing effective plans • Strong skills in Employee Relations, building and maintaining positive relationships • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policy, developing and enforcing company policies • Experience in Onboarding, overseeing smooth and efficient introduction of new hires • Proficiency in Performance Management, implementing strategies to improve employee performance • Experience in conducting Performance Reviews, providing constructive feedback • Policies & Procedures, ensuring company processes are well-documented
