What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor-Material Handling? You’ll be:

• Working closely with the Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure smooth operations

• Supervising all material handling operations, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing

• Covering crews in the absence of the supervisor

• Facilitating and documenting crew meetings

• Maintaining work-related records

• Scheduling workforce, including overtime and vacation

• Leading and championing continuous improvement initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are a self-starter with previous UAW/HVC supervisory experience (preferred)

• Are willing to work rotating work hours when required

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Are goal-oriented and have a continuous improvement mindset

• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to demand accountability from employees
