Job Details Job Location MN Rogers - Rogers, MN Position Type Full Time Description Summary/Purpose of the Position: Hisco, a division of TestEquity, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to add to their growing team! The Outside sales representatives educate customers on products and services, demonstrate how they work, and negotiate sales contracts. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities: Demonstrate technical aspects and pricing of available products Interface frequently at all levels of the customer's organization Develop proven base of customer contacts within targeted market verticals Provide quotes to customers based on their requirements and follow up on quotes to secure orders Secure orders from potential customers; generate new business opportunities at existing customers Develop and monitor sales plan to achieve annualized personal and branch level goals Maintain a constant and consistent customer-oriented focus Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and completeness; meet or exceed customer expectations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred 3+ years proven sales experience in the industry (OSR I) 5+ years proven sales experience in the industry (OSR II) Experience working with medical companies a benefit Documented Cost Savings Experience utilizing a CRM (client relationships management) program Motivation and inspiration for sales growth and development Demonstrated ability to meet established sales goals Working knowledge of specific product(s) to be sold Territory management Professional, friendly, customer-focused team player Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communications skills Good Interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills Daily and or weekly travel visits to existing and potential customer sites is required Attendance at a variety of business meetings is required throughout the year Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations TestEquity provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
