Job Details:

This position is responsible for monitoring the spice room and retrieving and delivering product when needed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Schedule: 1st shift

Starting pay rate: \$16.80/hr

Requirements:

  • Must complete an on-line job application in Workday
  • Must be a full-time team member and have completed the 90-day probationary period. If there no qualified candidates, probationary team members will be considered.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must not have a written warning/written warning with suspension in the last 6 months.
  • Must not have a self-disqualification or self-demotion in the last (6) months.
  • Successful bidders will not be allowed to bid for (6) months unless the bid is for a higher classification rating.
  • Must have less than 8 attendance points at the time of the bid and to be awarded the job.
  • Any team member who accumulates 8 or more attendance points, that holds a class 2 or above position, will be demoted to any available class 1 position in the plant.

All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history.

Applicant must not have worked for Tyson more than a total of 3 times prior. Applicant also must have completed a minimum of 365 days since last employment with Tyson.
