Position Summary:
The Ecommerce Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in generating actionable reports and insights to support our omnichannel team, with a primary focus on Walmart.com and Sams.com. This position is instrumental in providing comprehensive insights on specific programs that align with our customer priorities. Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on retailer-specific metrics, managing content, utilizing Luminate reporting, conducting inventory analysis, and evaluating the effectiveness of retail media. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with an average of 3 days in the Rogers, AR office and the remaining days working remotely.
Responsibilities :
Support the Customer Development – Omnichannel team and its directives based on Industry Trends & Consumer Insights by collaborating with various data sources and constructing dynamic presentations around key consumer trends that are driving the category dynamics and sales for Walmart.com & Sams.com business
Leverage data and established guidelines to deliver best-in-class merchandising recommendations at the ECommerce retailer level
Analytical foundations - develop standardized sales/category review templates to drive actionable insights
Utilize mastery of data tools/national trends to influence recommendations to our customers; allowing them to drive sales via unique merchandising opportunities
Sales projections methodology and communication
Advanced Consumer Data (Walmart Luminate, Walmart Ads, Shiloh, MAP & WMC analytics)
Assist with any research and lead projects to deliver category solutions benefiting both the customer and the category
Work with our agency partners and internal teams to continuously optimize content and RDM activations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2 years’ of CPG and Ecommerce experience, strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (very strong Excel/PowerPoint), IRI, Customer & Syndicated Data, and Power BI
Understanding of Content/SEO
Great to have: experience with Walmart/Sams
Skills:
Strong aptitude for cultivating relationships and engaging with senior-level stakeholders
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed
Problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
Must be an articulate communicator who can quickly synthesize data
Must work well in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to operate at all levels within an organization
