What you’ll do as a Project Manager

  • You will assist field teams with resolving job related issues

  • You will develop, maintain and update job progress

  • You will document on projects

  • You will have direct contact with our customer to request job uploads in our system

  • You will communicate with our customer with regard to job specifications, changes and deadlines

  • You will have direct contact with our Field Supervisors and managers

  • You will attend weekly conference calls to review the status of projects

  • You will be responsible for creating reports for all jobs in our system

  • You will be responsible for tracking start and end time of job orders

  • You will monitor performance and help to resolve delays and issues

  • You will identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • You have 2 years of experience of project management

  • You are Proficient in Excel

  • You have experience/knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction

  • You have a solid understanding of Google

  • You have strong data and analytical skills

  • You have detailed reporting skills

  • You have customer service orientation and negotiation skills

  • You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • You have effective communication skills

Additional qualifications (if applicable)

  • Travel is required
