What you’ll do as a Project Manager
You will assist field teams with resolving job related issues
You will develop, maintain and update job progress
You will document on projects
You will have direct contact with our customer to request job uploads in our system
You will communicate with our customer with regard to job specifications, changes and deadlines
You will have direct contact with our Field Supervisors and managers
You will attend weekly conference calls to review the status of projects
You will be responsible for creating reports for all jobs in our system
You will be responsible for tracking start and end time of job orders
You will monitor performance and help to resolve delays and issues
You will identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
You have 2 years of experience of project management
You are Proficient in Excel
You have experience/knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction
You have a solid understanding of Google
You have strong data and analytical skills
You have detailed reporting skills
You have customer service orientation and negotiation skills
You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
You have effective communication skills
Additional qualifications (if applicable)
- Travel is required
