Honeywell ISC Production Supervisor-1st Shift in Rocky Mount, North Carolina
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in overseeing the production operations and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and quality.
You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location. This role is 100% onsite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise a team of production workers (50-60) to meet production targets and quality standards
Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the production team
Shift: M-F 7a-3:30p

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in production supervision or a related role
High School Diploma or GED
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control ethics
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace, automative or logistical warehouse industry.
Intermediate proficient with MS Office, Excel (VLOOPUPS/pivot tables), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
