Unit Secretary – Med Surg PRN Days
We are looking for a Unit Secretary to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?
Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032 Work hours: PRN “as needed” variable 12-hour day shifts 7am-7pm with rotating weekends This position does not include medical benefits
Med Surg Department Highlights:

Here’s What You Need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of healthcare experience strongly preferred
Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Do:
· ORGANIZATIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS: Performs all tasks to meet the needs of physicians, staff, patient, and other customers. · PARTNERSHIP: Uses Professional Practice Model philosophy to work in partnership with patients, families, physicians, peers and all other disciplines. · WORKPLACE/PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Serves as a patient advocate. · QUALITY AND SAFETY: Assists in the identification of ineffective and costly processes and takes action to improve them.
