What you bring:
Experience implementing wiring systems to include wireless technology using multi-operating systems and platforms.
Mechanical ability to work with locks and mechanical devices.
Knowledge of telecommunications systems is helpful.
Knowledge of various manufacturers of security alarm panels,

Do you have networking and programming experience with the desire to work in the commercial security, video surveillance, access control and other commercial/ industrial low voltage systems field? If so, this may be the perfect role for you.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Install cabling and pathways for indoor and outdoor rated wiring and cabling systems
Install, terminate, and test security system wiring and data cabling
Mount security panels, hardware and devices to surfaces and rack spaces in a clean and professional manner
Checking equipment inventory
Education and Experience:
Panel programming to meet system requirements
High school diploma required.
Technical school training
2 + years of related industry experience.
Valid driver-s license
Able to obtain Maryland and Virginia security technician license as required. Paid for by ARK.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to climb overhead or crawl under spaces to complete jobs
Must be willing to work at heights
Must be able to operate electrical tools
Must be able to differentiate color coding of cables
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at time
