Overview
DMS Inc., a BRMi company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager II to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager II, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and business owners.
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
Manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient utilization and achievement of project goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present project updates to senior management.
Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects concurrently, and work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry standards is desirable.
