Brief Job Overview
The Facilities Project Manager is a pivotal non-supervisory role responsible for leading all facilities related projects, including the capital expense project portfolio and various other initiatives. This position demands hands-on day-to-day oversight, meticulous tracking of project progress, and effective management of 3rd-party vendors and contractors. This role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of high-impact facilities projects, contributing to the overall operational excellence and strategic objectives of USP.

The Facilities Project Manager has the following responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary project manager for all facilities projects across multiple locations, including Rockville and Frederick, Maryland and Richmond, Virginia. Lead and coordinate the planning, budgeting, design, execution, and completion phases of projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee the capital expense project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with organization goals.
• Works closely with the Facilities Engineering team.
• Reports to the Senior Director of Global Facilities.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for US based project activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Conducts on-site inspections and building condition assessments as needed for project success.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Who is USP Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience independently managing facilities construction-related projects.

Base Salary Range: USD $ 85,500.00 – 106,250.00 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: 10% Varies based on level of role
