POSITION PURPOSE

An HBW Services Electrician is integral to the company's Services Division. The Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting and completing electrical maintenance, installation and repairs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installs, maintainsand repairselectrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Readsand interpretstechnical diagrams and blueprints.
• Performsgeneral electrical maintenance.
• Inspects transformers,circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Troubleshootselectrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• FollowsNational Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
• Low and high volt wiring.
• Providesoutstanding customer servicewhile overseeing and completingelectrical work.
• Servesas an HBW advocate and ambassador in every interaction withcoworkers, customers and public.
• Complieswithall HBW regulations and rules and adheres to all safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize assignments.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and work under pressure to meet required deadlines.
• Independent self-starter and good listener who can discern required steps to achieve goals without specific task direction.
• Ableto read and understand electrical drawings.
• Knowledge ofelectrical theoryandelectrical code requirements.
• Able to sit, handle or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. May be required toclimb,balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possesses a valid CDL driver's license.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Thrives in a friendly, fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accountability, work ethic and a "can do" attitude is a necessity.
• 4+ years'experiencein wiring installations,troubleshooting, and repairing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
