Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and maintain a HSE management system (One Maestro) and ensure its implementation, ensure the
HSE valor are understood and adopted by all the affiliate.
Define and communicate to everybody, the politic, the road map, the objectives and the HSE program ensuring that all the
HSE documentation (directives, rules, specifications, procedures) are all known, understood and applied.
Ensure contact with the local authorities and ensure the regulatory watch concerning local HSE regulation; follow the HSE
regulation evolution just as the TotalEnergies rules.
Conduct the understanding and the implementation of HSE Group procedures and guides by adapting among other the
local procedures. Ensure the efficient application of HSE Group procedures and guides.
Advise the direction concerning the analysis and the risks management implementation; prepare, lead or participate to
HSE studies and risks evaluations for several activities, installations and works.
Follow the HSE action plans from audits, visits and inspections realized by Group or affiliate personal and insure they are
well implemented.
Implement and monitor the environmental management plan, management of waste included.
