The successful candidate will lead and/or manage various Aerospace Programs commercial or Military Safety of Flight, qualification, formal development, or HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) testing.
Essential Job Functions
Provide oversight, including management of initial quotation/PO placement, as well as financial, schedule and resource planning support.
Maintain shift coverage plan for upcoming test shifts, to communicate and document points of contact for upcoming testing.
Maintenance of test schedule, including status of current test sections and planned completion dates for future test sections.
Provide weekly status, key metrics, and performance (%complete) updates.
Facilitate/Lead Customer review to discuss program progress
Represent the Program to the company senior leadership, managing and reporting necessary metrics
Secondary Job Functions:
• Support and organize program reviews, team meetings, and other regular business activities.
• Manage and status financial sales plan specific to programmatic deliveries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication and concise presentation material.
• Manage and communicate demand and orders into the operations value stream.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of Aerospace Experience
Experience in LRU Qualification Testing
Demonstrated Project and Program Management Experience
Advanced Degree in related field (Preferred)
US Citizen required
