TEKsystems Service Desk Analyst in Rockford, Michigan
Description:
We have an opportunity for someone to support a traditional Service Desk Support team/Call Center with roughly 3,000 knowledge users (traditional office worker) and 1300 retail store workers (700-800 calls per month).
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
Identify and address user issues, and provide troubleshooting advice
Develop and implement user training programs to educate users on new technologies and software
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems and procedures
Act as escalation point of contact for VoIP phone system

The schedule for this open position is 7-4 M-F. Once training is complete it will require two days in the office and a few days remote.
