Are you a dedicated accountant with a heart for service? Rock River Valley Blood Center is searching for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Staff Accountant. As a Staff Accountant, you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the efficient management of resources. From preparing financial statements to analyzing accounts and assisting with audits, your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill our mission. Skills and Requirements:

What are we looking for in a candidate? A bachelor\'s degree in accounting or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential with experience in ADP Workforce Now considered a plus. Above all, we\'re seeking individuals with a passion for our mission, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position (29+ hours per week) working Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Salary:

Hourly wage for this position begins at \$22.00.Pay will be commensurate with experience.
