Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS!
Job Duties:
RN will be working for a multi specialty practice connected to the hospital.
This practice has 6 primary care doctors, cardiology, dermatology, neurology, podiatry, general surgery, vascular surgery, OBGYN.
Will be responsible for educating patients, pre-visit checks, chart review and taking patient calls.
Utilize knowledge and expertise in Case Management to provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to both individuals and aggregate groups.
Coordinates, integrates and facilitates the patient/provider relationship along the continuum of care.
Skills & Qualifications:
NY RN License
1+ years of RN experience specifically in an outpatient setting
Strong computer skills, comfortable utilizing EMR
Great communication skills
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, no weekends
Need to be available from 7:30am-7:00pm (7.5 hours + 1 hour lunch)
Will be required to work later in the evening once a week sometimes twice
