AA w/7+ yrs.   Job Description:  Create, modify, and test the code and scripts that allow computer applications to run. Work from specifications drawn up by software and web developers or other individuals. May develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. Project Specific: performs high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex application that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills. Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E). Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution.   Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and implement procedures for critical enterprise systems. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual briefs to upper management.  Manage the day-to-day operations of computer systems.  Ensure network security is maintained through the prevention of unauthorized use, misuse, and implementation of required security settings. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of systems and tools to include DHCP, DNS, WSUS, MECP, SQL, Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Axway, VMware, VxRail, Dell EMC, Dell IDPA as well as many others.  Coach, teach, and mentor a team of Jr. Administrators on system administration and related tasks.
