Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are looking for two candidates to join our Assembly Lines team as Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will work within a dedicated hub, operating mini presses to secure hubs to blades, assembling barrings on blades, storing finished products, and assisting with shipping preparations.
Responsibilities
Assemble barrings on blades.
Operate mini presses to secure hubs to blades.
Store finished blades and prepare them for shipping.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality and detect defects.
Rotate among various stations and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and well-organized, including production lines, a welding department, shipping/receiving, and an engineering department. While the facility can get hot at times due to the furnace/oven, it remains an efficient and structured workplace. Shifts available include 1st shift (6:00am - 2:00pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm), and 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:00am). On the first day, orientation starts at 8 AM, where you will enter through the front glass doors and undergo a tour and training session to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50
