Insight Global NOC Technical Services Coordinator in Rock Hill, South Carolina
Job Description
An employer is seeking a NOC Technical Services Coordinator to sit south of Charlotte, NC. This person will be responsible for the administration and oversight of the 24/7 batch processing schedule. They will participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving and/or escalating issues within the computing environment including networks, servers, and other data center components which are critical to the infrastructure. They will also leverage the NOC tools to proactively monitor systems and applications for potential issues or failures, and correct following documented processes or escalate problems before they can have an adverse effect to the customer.

Skills and Requirements
-At least 2 years in a data center operations center and/or NOC environment
-Experience with Batch Scheduling (could also be called "Job scheduling" or "batch job")
-Open to working 1st Shift - 10-hour days - Wed-Saturdays -BMC Control-M experience
-Media Management experience
-Understanding of Iron Mountain's Vaulting System null
