Responsibilities

Referral based infusion room delivering IV medications, blood products, and injections to a large referral provider population. The opportunity to expand into oncology if desired. Strong IV skills and access device skills are preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Seeking a team focused professional to join our progressive unit. Successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the URMC ICARE values.

Qualifications

Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $34.00 - $44.20

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule: FT position available (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Monday – Friday, no weekend or holiday responsibilities
