Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and intuitive person to join us as a Manager of Talent Attraction. We are are a group of energetic and hard-working individuals. Managers in this role get to : Set the path to success: Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and / or new hires. Build the company: Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels. Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants. Support the team: Facilitate the completion of drug tests, background checks and other pre-employment requirements.

  1. Background in recruitment marketing/sourcing highly preferred

  2. Experience within the BPO space is a major plus!

  3. Experience using Application Tracking Systems (ATS)

  4. Strong experience in digital marketing / online channel management leads generation and conversion

  5. Experience in advertising, creative management, content creation and content marketing

  6. Strong leadership skills (must have managed a team prior)

  7. Knowledge in SAP & Ariba

  8. Successful record of meeting and exceeding massive hiring targets
