POSITION SUMMARY:

The Central Stores department is responsible for inventory and parts distribution for the entire brewery. Shipping and receiving of UPS/Fed Ex Packages, U.S. Mail pick-up and delivery along with distribution of complimentary product at the Company Cooler Room.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive parts, enter them into inventory computer system, stock parts

• Fill parts orders

• Fill and transfer load orders and UPS orders (operate UPS machine)

• Cycle Count Inventory

• Unload, inventory product and distribute product at Cooler Room

• Dispatch service and office deliveries when required

• Miscellaneous clean-up of warehouse and other duties as assigned

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs,) properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and follow all safety and company policies at all times

• Perform other duties as required

  SKILLS

• Experienced Fork Lift Driver

• Basic computer knowledge

• Team player, ability to get along with others

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of Rochester area for deliveries is helpful

• Attendance is critical – ability to following NAB attendance and absenteeism policy

• Self-starter, highly motivated individual

  EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Warehouse inventory experience preferred

• Clean drivers’ license

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

• Must be able to work day, evening, night or overnight shift; may include overtime, holidays and weekends

• Frequent walking and stair climbing is required

• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery as needed

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., push, pull, climb, crawl, stoop, kneel and bend

• Exposure indoors in a factory, outdoors on property

• Ability work in extreme fluctuation of temperature and working environments including hot/muggy and cold temperatures inside as well as varying outside temperatures and seasons.

• Moderate to high noise levels

  Starting Pay Rate: $18.32/hr

  The referenced pay range represents step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Individual pay will be set in accordance with terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
