Compensation $75,000 to $100,000 annually projected. This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position. Supervise and manage a team of employees working in Part Market High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of Supervisory experience and 5+ years of overall experience (manufacturing preferred). Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry. Oversee the inventory of multiple parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance in cycle counting and inventory audits.
Utilize SAP for inventory management and reporting.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, with experience handling large inventories
Proficiency in SAP and excel is required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
