$67,276.00 - $94,149.00
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Plays a critical role in promoting health and wellness. Focuses on preventative care, health education, and wellness coaching to encourage healthy lifestyles and improve overall well-being. Through screenings, consultations, and wellness programs, the RN empowers individuals to take an active role in managing their health, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and achieving personal health goals. Contributes to creating a culture of health, positively impacting the quality of life for participants.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
UR Medicine Employee Wellness provides comprehensive services across western New York. This nurse will work in Rochester Passport Health Office to provide travel medicine services (primarily), administer vaccines in the flu program and perform respiratory (mask) fit testing. This role focuses on providing the highest quality direct care services, enhancing access to URCEW services and assuring an excellent customer experience. The nurse will work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative leadership in School of Nursing to assure efficiency of service delivery and coordination of services in multiple settings.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive travel care services including individualized recommendations and advice based on the client's health history, travel itinerary and best practice standards. Use technology and resources to augment service.
Administer required and recommended vaccines based on the client's needs/ health profile using standing orders as appropriate. Conduct mobile flu clinics.
Participate in CEW programs including Passport Health, flu program and respirator (mask) fit testing . Conducts assessments, plans and evaluates care using culturally sensitive approaches based on current best practice standards and available evidence. Assures accurate and complete documentation of client records, including goals, coaching interactions, outcomes, and referrals.
Maintain competency in current evidence within and across programs and apply to each client encounter. Comply with all regulations and standards (e.g. documentation, NYS regulations) as required.
Collaborate with team members, including the PPH medical director and Chief Wellness Officer, to assure safe, efficient, and effective care.
Other duties as assigned: Participate in QA, productivity reviews; participate in professional self-development; Maintain clinic standards per regulation, directive, professional standards.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in nursing or health related field and 2 years of relevant experience required.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
5 year's experience in health care. Wellness background a plus.
or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Excellent clinical skills, communication skills. Must be able to work independently.
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire required.
Spanish speaking/ proficiency preferred
