Compensation Range:
$47,972.00 - $67,161.00
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Performs psychological and/or neuropsychological testing for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. May assist with undergraduate and graduate academic student internships and education.
ESSENTIAL FUNCATIONS
Direct contact with research participants involving administration of psychological, neuropsychological, and cognitive assessments following validated protocols, in support of the research mission of the IDDRC, and under supervision of a licensed psychologist/neuropsychologist.
Conducts medical record review of research subjects as appropriate to the research protocol, prior to appointment. Records and makes specific observations of research subjects’ behavior during test in both written and verbal formats. Scores administered measures and documents scores for review by the neuropsychologist in both written and verbal formats. Organizes pertinent research participant information in written format for neuropsychologist or psychologist to review.
Demonstrates judgement/skills during test administration, including test discontinuation, deviation from standardized instructions and modifications during the assessment process to meet the individual needs of
the research subject.
Participates in research activities and program development, including assisting with literature reviews and manuscript preparation.
Assists with participant recruitment and scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred.
1 year of relevant experience required.
or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Psychological/ neuropsychological coursework and/or exposure.
Test administration. People skills/rapport and development required.
