Kelly Services Quality Inspector in Rochester, New York

Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team and discover an exciting opportunity as an Inspector with a top-tier company in Rochester, NY ! We’re looking for motivated individuals to bring their skills and attention to detail to a role that ensures quality and precision in every part inspected.
Pay: $16-18/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Your Day-to-Day:
Inspect and sort parts required for shipment to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain daily shipment quantities and ensure parts are delivered on time.
Notify the Supervisor of any quality issues or when required quantities cannot be met.
Keep accurate audit logs and ensure products are properly identified and organized.
Work with team members to verify or sort discrepant products for shipment.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist in quality, production, and engineering tasks.
Adhere to all company policies and stop any process producing non-conforming products.
Who Should Apply?
Individuals with previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing.
Anyone with excellent attention to detail, who takes pride in ensuring the highest quality standards.
Those with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Candidates with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
