US Tech Solutions PIA P&C Support Specialist (Tier II) in Rochester, New York
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handles inbound calls and follow up about Property and Casualty Insurance policy questions/ inquiries. This proudct area includes Workers Compensation, Business Owners Policy, Commericial Auto, ERISA bonds, Cyber Liability, and more.
Partners with team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders to assist with P&C que3stions.
Provides education on P&C products, policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations
Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the PIA
Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of products
Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
