Order#: NY1435286 Office Manager The Office Manager is an administrative support professional who assists DRNY staff and the Director with a wide range of administrative tasks. The Office Manager will support DRNY's operations so that staff can stay on task and also ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Qualifications Excellent communications skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Past experience working as an office manager in a law office or as a paralegal strongly preferred; Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and communicate tactfully even under pressure; Professional phone etiquette; Associates degree or 3+ years of relevant experience; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Database experience preferred; Bilingual language skills preferred but not required; Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively; Detail oriented; Strong organizational skills; Ability to multi-task; Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals; Experience working with or for people with disabilities preferred; Proof of COVID vaccination required; Able to work remotely with personal internet access; Must work and reside in New York state; Valid New York State Driver's License
