Facility Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality. Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory to ensure compliance and streamline operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address facility needs and support operational goals.

Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role; familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. Knowledge: Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for maintenance and repair work. Certification: Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
