The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD and Autism.
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: 1455 East Ridge Road
DEPARTMENT: Social Work
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm (hybrid opportunity)
ATTRIBUTES
- Masters in Social Work
- Minimum of 3 years' experience providing clinical social work services
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NYS (LCSW or LCSW-R)
- Provides initial and ongoing assessment, Evidence-Based clinical interventions to a designated caseload. Develops Treatment Plans that are individualized and culturally sensitive
- Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy. Participates functionally as a member of a multidisciplinary team in coordination and delivery of patient care.
- Communicates in a timely and complete manner with internal and external care providers to complete ongoing assessment and to coordinate care.
- Maintains a caseload, meeting productivity requirements as stated by the Department of Behavioral Health, and seeks to keep the incidence of failed appointments to a minimum
- MS (Required)
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
