Janitorial Environmental Services Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The Janitorial Environmental Services Specialist is accountable for upholding the quality and standards of the organization regarding the ongoing housekeeping needs and grounds care of the VOA facilities that they are the assigned to.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains the cleanliness of all areas.
Disposes of all garbage and recycling located in receptacles located throughout the building and place in dumpster.
Cleans and sanitizes all bathrooms and high touch areas on a daily basis.
Resupply cleaning and paper products as needed.
Vacuums and mops floors on a daily basis.
Maintains the grounds including garbage removal throughout the grounds area.
Provide snow removal services and salts side walk of the facility, as needed
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Clean Drivers License
Ability to pass Comprehensive Background Check
