Responsibilities
Exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic environment of diagnostic imaging caring for patients undergoing imaging in the hospital setting while collaborating closely with radiologists and imaging technologists to deliver high quality patient care. We specialize in caring for patients undergoing CT scans, MRI’s, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-ray and Ultrasound. The diagnostic nurse plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort and care of patients while providing education, administering contrast agents, sedatives, and other medications that aid in image quality. If you are team oriented, flexible and organized, come join our team! ACLS and PALS required within 6 months. Medical/Surgical and telemetry experience preferred.
Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $37.93 - $49.31 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
