We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Financial Advisors. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance to clients, with a focus on enhancing financial literacy and promoting financial wellness.Key Responsibilities:1. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively and compliantly in-person, by phone, and online.2. Financial Literacy: Educate clients on various financial topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, retirement planning, and risk management, to empower them to make informed financial decisions.3. Complete Financial Plans: Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs and objectives, incorporating strategies for wealth accumulation, debt management, insurance solutions, tax efficiency, and wealth management.4. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative, providing mentorship to colleagues, and contributing to a positive team environment.5. Work with Individuals and Businesses: Providing our clients complimentary, high-level financial advice regardless of net worth.6. Grow Distribution: Increase agent reach and client base within your community and across the US.Qualifications:- Must be 18 years+ and able to pass a state and federal background check.- Must be willing to obtain relevant licenses (Life Insurance, SIE, Series 6, 63, 65) within a specified timeframe.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred but not required.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.-Access to phone, reliable internet, and computer (desktop, laptop, or tablet).Opportunities:This position offers opportunities for growth, advancement, and leadership within the organization.
