We're seeking a passionate and creative Director of Marketing to lead our brand's growth.

Role Overview: As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales growth by generating product trial, brand awareness, and consumer retention. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a brand strategy and execute integrated marketing plans to drive product trial, brand awareness, and retention.

  • Cultivate and lead a cohesive effort across the marketing team and cross functionally to systemize and continually optimize our growth tactics and results.

  • Create short-, medium-, and long-term organizational plans for the marketing department.

  • Conduct ongoing research to refine our target market and our understanding of what drives purchase intent in our category and for our brand/products.

  • Build an annual marketing calendar aligned with our sales plans and retailer specific goals and opportunities.

  • Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the market.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to bring new products to market, from concept ideation to launch strategy.

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, retailer media, and other performance marketing campaigns.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage the brand's social media presence, content strategy, and community engagement efforts to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize resources.

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the CPG industry, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and visibility.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Deep understanding of relevant marketing channels, specifically retail media, social media, email, and word of mouth marketing.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and inspire others.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute hands-on when needed.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

Bonus Potential: 15% of base salsary
