$120,000 - $150,000

Description

The Division of Nephrology at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC), Golisano Children’s Hospital, and the Department of Pediatrics is recruiting a full-time academic physician scientist at the rank of Assistant Professor on the tenure track.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will work to expand its outpatient and inpatient clinical services. The successful applicant will participate in the division's clinical, teaching, and service activities.

· MD/DO (or foreign equivalent)

· Board-eligible/certified in pediatric nephrology.

· Assistant Professors have 1-5 years of experience with demonstrated academic progress/contributions in their pediatric specialty.

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience, and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
