This position offers an exciting growth opportunity within the company's trajectory.Are you ready to put your Associates degree in Accounting to work Apply now for immediate consideration!COVID Vaccination requiredYou will be responsible for preparing accounts payable, accounts receivable and any other assigned account ledgers, schedules, and reconciliations to the general ledger and assist in the audit process.Responsibilities:A/P:Record payments made dailyCode payments in the system Microsoft DynamicsInput vendor invoicesPay vendor invoices with correct payment type which could be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), check or credit cardA/R:Reconcile company credit card statements with receipts, coding to the correct expense accounts, upload documentation to General Ledger (GL)General Journal entries accounting both credit (income) and debit (expense) accounts dailyProcess sales tax accounting and tax exemption formsRequirements:Associates degree in accounting or similar work experience preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM (MS Dynamics/Great Plains or other CRM)Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills requiredCandidates should possess knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and be proficient in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.To perform this job successfully, an individual must maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Beyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
