Genesis10 is seeking a Creative Operations Manager for a contract with our client. Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Creative Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Experience Design team's knowledge repository, vendor contracts, tools access and budget, and providing tactical user research or hiring support. If you have a strong background in design operations and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Create, document, and maintain the Experience Design team's knowledge repository. Manage vendor contracts and relationships effectively. Conduct audits and manage access and budget for Experience Design team tools. Collect, track, and submit invoices for payment by the client Supply Chain. Provide tactical user research support or assist with Experience Design team hiring, including scheduling interviews. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in design operations, or a total of 5 years combined experience in design, design research, design systems, and operational roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous service experience is a plus. Experience in UX/Design/Research is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, DoveTail, and UserZoom Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and contracts. Experience with budget management and invoicing processes.
