Oakland University Senior Academic HR Analyst in Rochester, Michigan
Provide support for all academic human resources administration. This position supports the Offices of Human Resources and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost in providing advice regarding administration of the faculty collective bargaining agreement as well as provides various professional human resources services. The Senior Academic Human Resources Analyst assists with sabbatical leaves, performance reviews and human resources activities by providing guidance and management of related processes. This position assists in the management of the reappointment, promotion and tenure process and the appointment, review and contract renewal for academic personnel. This position provides data analysis and reporting for administration and will provide back up to the Academic HR and operations unit.
