Jatca Inc. Senior Pipefitter in Rochester Hills, Michigan
This is a long-term position with a well-known global engineering firm in Southfield. Pay is weekly and benefits include healthcare insurance and paid holidays.
Qualifications
- At least 10 yrs experience as a pipefitter within a machine tool environment
- Must be able to lay out complete jobs.
- Must be able to assemble Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) and valve packs
- Must be able to read pneumatic drawings
- Must be able to bench bend 25mm high pressure tubing
- Must be able to hand bend all sizes of tubing
- Must be familiar with Eo2 and all other fittings very well
- Must have own tools
- Responsible for layout and installation of all components to specification.
- Ability to bend any tube applicable to system needed: hydraulics, pneumatics, coolants and lube
- Ability to fabricate brackets and mounting systems
- Ability to bench-bend, hand-bend, power-bend metric and standard tubing
- Screw pipe, Victaulic, flange on flange
- Problem solve and trouble shoot
