The Project Planner will ensure the efficient and effective execution of production schedules by accurately managing production tickets, coordinating Bill of Materials (BOM) prints, and building BOM routes within the ERP system. This role supports the seamless flow of production processes, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines. By focusing on precision, organization, and proactive problem-solving, the Project Planner contributes to the operational excellence of Koch Finishing Systems. Essential Functions: * Generate and manage production tickets to ensure accurate and timely scheduling. * Coordinate the delivery of Bill of Materials (BOM) prints to relevant departments. * Build and maintain BOM routes within Acumatica to support production planning and inventory management. * Collaborate with project management, field services, engineering, procurement, and production teams to align schedules with material availability and project needs. * Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain to ensure materials are available for production. * Identify and implement process improvements that enhance production efficiency. Travel: Minimal Required Education, Experience, and Training: * Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or a related field. * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred. * Proficiency in Acumatica or similar ERP systems, and strong skills in Excel. Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * In-depth understanding of production planning and scheduling. * Familiarity with BOM structures and ERP systems. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
